• معلومات الدفع (إن وجدت):Payment Information (if applicable): تفاصيل الدفع التي تتم معالجتها بأمان بواسطة شركاء بوابة الدفع المرخصين. نحن لا نخزن بيانات بطاقات الائتمان الكاملة على خوادمنا. Payment details processed securely by licensed payment gateway partners. We do not store complete card details on our servers.

• التواصل الفعّال:Active Communication: إرسال تحديثات حالة الطلب، والتواصل مع الدعم الفني، وإخطارك بالعروض الحصرية والتحديثات التشغيلية. Sending order status updates, supporting queries, and notifying you of promotions or system alerts.
• دعم العملاء:Customer Support: الرد على استفساراتك، وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالخدمات أو الدفع. Responding to inquiries and troubleshooting operational or technical issues.

خدمات غِمار ليست موجهة للأفراد الذين يقل عمرهم عن السن القانوني المعمول به (18 عاماً) دون إشراف أو موافقة صريحة من الوالدين أو الأوصياء القانونيين. نحن لا نجمع بيانات شخصية من الأطفال عن علم.

Ghimar services are not intended for individuals under the applicable legal age (typically 18 years) without parental or guardian consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

إذا تبين لنا أن طفلاً قد زودنا ببياناته الشخصية دون موافقة أولياء أموره، سنقوم فوراً باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لحذف هذه البيانات من خوادمنا بأسرع وقت ممكن. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلك قد أرسل لنا بياناته، يرجى إخطارنا فوراً.
